"Pursuing justice has always been my passion – first as a prosecutor fighting for victims of crime, and now as an advocate for individuals who have been wronged. No matter the arena, my mission remains the same: holding wrongdoers accountable and aggressively seeking justice for those who have been harmed."

Drew focuses his practice on representing individuals in civil litigation. Drawing on his extensive jury trial experience and investigative background, he brings a determined and principled approach to advocating for his clients and ensuring accountability.

As a former federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California for nearly a decade, Drew investigated and prosecuted complex white-collar crimes, including securities fraud, extortion, tax offenses, art forgery, investment fraud, money laundering, procurement fraud, public corruption, mortgage fraud, and embezzlement. One of his most significant cases involved prosecuting the architect of a $400 million Ponzi scheme – the largest in the district’s history. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Drew played a key role in international law enforcement efforts, traveling extensively in Colombia and Mexico on behalf of the Department of Justice to train foreign partners in investigative techniques and trial advocacy skills.

Prior to his federal service, Drew defended individuals and companies in high-stakes litigation at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Before co-founding Mojdehi Galvin Rego  LLP, Drew was a partner at an Am Law 100 law firm.
