Allison represents debtors, creditors, and receivers in reorganizations, liquidations, and receiverships in jurisdictions throughout the United States. She advises on an array of bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including real estate and manufacturing clients. She additionally counsel clients in complex litigation.

As part of her work with the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum and the California Bankruptcy Forum, Allison has moderated multiple panels with members of the bench from both state and federal court. Allison has additionally co-authored articles in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.

Prior to founding Mojdehi Galvin Rego LLP, Alllison was an attorney at Baker McKenzie and Cooley LLP, and a partner at an Am Law 100 firm.
